Deliveries are made, via Speedy courier company, within 1 to 2 working days. If there is a delay due to reasons beyond our control, you will be notified.

You have the option to receive the goods at your address or pick them up from a Speedy office.

For orders over 59 BGN, delivery within the country and to a Speedy office is free.

Delivery to Speedy office: 5,50 BGN.
Delivery to Speedy address: 8,00 BGN.

Right of return of purchased products:
In accordance with consumer protection law, you may exercise your right to return purchased products without any penalty and without having to give any reason. You only need to inform www.bulinnovation.com, by email to info@bulinnovation.com , within 14 days from the date of receipt. Returned products must be sent back to www.bulinnovation.com within 7 days from the date on which you informed of your decision to return the purchased products.
In certain circumstances it is possible to exchange a product for another.

If you wish to cancel a purchase in accordance with our policy and have a refund issued to help us do this as quickly as possible, we ask that you do the following:
– Within forty (14) days from the date you receive the Products, please notify us at our email address info@bulinnovation.com , that you wish to return the Products you purchased;
– Ensure that you have ensured that the products have not been used, altered or damaged;
– Products must be returned complete and unused, in their original packaging. If you wish to return a set, it must include all of its components.
If you have met all the requirements set out above, we will fully refund the amount of the returned products. You will be notified if the returned products cannot be accepted because they do not meet the conditions stated above. In this case, you may choose to have the products delivered to you at your expense. If you refuse the above delivery, www.bulinnovation.com reserves the right to retain the products and the amount paid for the purchase of the products. Please note that any duties, taxes and charges you have paid for the delivery of the purchased products (if any) are non-refundable. All shipping and other costs of returning the products are the sole responsibility of the consumer.

Refund Policy and Procedures:
No refunds will be given for products returned after the 14th day of receipt by the consumer, damaged, used products or those with damaged packaging. Once we receive the returned products and verify that they meet all requirements, you will receive an email that the returned products have been accepted. Regardless of the form of payment you have used (debit or credit card, PayPal, cash on delivery), in accordance with consumer protection laws, the refund procedure will begin within fourteen (14) days after you have informed us of your decision to exercise your right to return the products you have purchased, we have received the returned products and we have verified that the returned goods meet the conditions set out above.
The refund period for the amount you paid to purchase the returned products depends on the form of payment you used:
– Purchase with credit/debit card: the refund time will also depend on the policy of the company issuing the card;
– Payment via PayPal: refunds will be credited to your PayPal account and will be visible immediately. The actual refund on the credit card linked to your PayPal account depends on the company that issued the card.
– Cash on Delivery Purchases: BULINOVATION LTD shall refund the price paid by wire transfer, within thirty (30) calendar days of the return of the merchandise. The amount of the delivery is non-refundable.

Upon receipt of the goods at the address you have entered, you must pay the amount due to the courier in cash.

Each delivered order has the possibility of review upon receipt. Please carefully inspect the delivered goods for defects. We treat every order with love, so please report as soon as possible so we can rectify the problem. It is important to us that you feel as satisfied as possible.
